The solid theoretical foundation of both Hunyuan Qi Therapy and Zhineng Qigong practice lies in the understanding of the three aspects of reality that reside in, create everything and at the same time explain the natural principles of the universe.

The original Hunyuan Qi is what EVERYTHING in the universe is made of and is constituted by the unification of physical matter, Qi and information, which are constantly in the process of fusion, transmutation, transformation and is therefore an evolutionary force. Both physical matter and the energy field (Qi) have been studied in depth by modern science, however, information is the aspect that has not yet been recognized by modern science, which can transmute or generate different types of energy under certain circumstances.

Everything has its own Hunyuan Qi, with some qualitative difference between the types. In Zhineng Qigong we practice with human Hunyuan Qi and the original Hunyuan Qi of nature. Having (accumulating) sufficient Qi nourishes the body and helps to cultivate the mind, which is why Zhineng Qigong emphasizes the exercise of internal Hunyuan Qi, as well as the absorption of external primary Hunyuan Qi, which can be converted into internal Qi through special practices combined with the power of intention.

In treating disease, the science of Hunyuan Qi Therapy emphasizes the movement of human Hunyuan Qi and restores Hunyuan Qi that has lost its normal movement to its normal state of movement. When the internal Hunyuan Qi is sufficient, the vital functions of the human body are strengthened and physical diseases decrease or may disappear. A large amount of internal Hunyuan Qi is effective in curing diseases, improving physical and mental health and even supporting the development of our full potential. Hunyuan Qi Therapy does not treat only the symptoms of disease, but treats diseases at their root. Its approach is therefore holistic and scientifically proven.
